01 Requirement & Proposal

02 ID & Structural Design

Our designers create 2D sketches and 3D renderings (ID). Structural engineers ensure the design is manufacturable (DFM).

03 Electronic Design & Prototype

PCB layout, firmware coding, and sensor integration. A functional CNC prototype (Mockup) is delivered for your approval.

25-35 Days

04 Tooling & Optimization

In-house mold fabrication. T1 samples are produced for verification. We fine-tune the mold texture and dimensions.

5-7 Days

05 Pilot Run & Validation

Small batch production (PVT) to test assembly lines. Products undergo rigorous lab testing (Drop, Climate, Aging).
